A few things I have learned so far about Motherhood...
-never EVER leave the home without a bottle ready, and never not have one ready at home.
-When I get the time to soak in a bath its like going to the spa
-the puppy and baby seem to want my attention at the same time, and then the phone rings
-a simple smile from my girl is absolutely priceless, better than anything in the world
-The swing and wind up toys have become my best friends
-I love the smell of her (without poopy diapers of course)
-MY Mom is a savior
-there is no such thing as a quick trip out
-I need to invent a car seat carrier with wheels
-I love shoes period.. but little girl baby shoes even more
-I've never listened to so much piano CD's in my life (it relaxes her)
-your house never looks the same once you have kids
-Not quite sure what I did with all my time before I had her, and what I would give to borrow some of that time now
-Holidays are so much more special
-My life has changed completely, and I can't imagine not having her now-she IS my little buddy!
Graco makes a stroller base that works with most carseats - if you haven't seen that already. I assume it's nice if your child likes/tolerates the car seat - tho my baby girl thinks the car seat is a form of torture.
