Celine and I spent the better part of the day in Seattle.
Just browsing around and getting in everything we could with the little time we had.
Here it is already 10pm and we are both beat... especially Celine as she is still dealing with Jet lag but coping VERY well because she is just a young thing--and can handle it!
We started out with hitting the Seattle Center.. not too much to see there but we managed to be there for all of 10 minutes and I was able to give Celine a laugh.. that she will remember forever .....
I was messing around with my camera and all of a sudden felt a freaking warm feeling ON MY FACE... (I don't even know why I am posting this.. but for everyone reading.. you should get a good laugh as well)....the warm feeling was not a NICE warm feeling as it was a present from a seagull..and not a nice present..
(the bastard)
BUT.. low and behold.. I managed fine,, and am still alive to tell about it.. (although the seagull may not be) Better me than Celine! Apparently they prefer Americans to shit on rather than the French. Celine is still laughing!
We walked through EMP.. and got a good view of the Needle.. and then proceeded to Pioneer Square where we shopped at antique stores and found some great treasures!
After Pioneer Square we went to Pike Place Market where we hit a coffee shop , a deli and .....
met a one eyed Golden Retriever named Stanley!
It's been a busy day and only 1 more "get-up" until ArtFest!
Not quite ready to go to bed,, even though we're tired! Who needs sleep when there is so much still to do?
Celine is here with me Stacie, and now we are BOTH laughing!!!! Sorry, did you kill the bird yet?
