Just received my newest book (was on my wish list but didn't receive it for Christmas so I bought it myself)...
Although I do like it, it seemed to me it's the same ol' published collage artists and the same techniques we've been seeing in many books lately. I was hoping for newer techniques. Don't get me wrong.. if you are looking for eye candy (which we all know I love picture books).. this is still a great book.
My personal opinion... if you were to get one of the 2.. get her first book

Stacie.. I AGREE! I was just saying today that some NEW BLOOD needs to get discovered or published or something! These publishers need to look beyond the same stable of talent and find the new gems. I love the eye candy but I want something new too.
At least we will have some new talent in our Zine. Must write...
